Thing-a-day is a yearly creative sprint where, every year in February, participants commit to creating one new thing a day and post it on a collective blog. 2010 was thing-a-day's fourth edition and the first to run on Posterous. We're gearing up for 2011 so come back mid-January for more updates!

TAD Day 28 - Something Yucky with Rice
Not totally my work but I am going to post it anyway. I influenced this photo by helping my wife and daughter come up with yucky words to spell with scrabble pieces. Daddy's biking buddy language prevails!
My neighbor's new sugar shack and evaporator. We let him tap our Maple trees in exchange for syrup and learning how to make the syrup. It's a ton of hard work!

Yep, riding a Mountain Bike on a radioactive river. I shot this on my iPhone across the Connecticut river from Vermont Yankee. I was photographing the idiotic people who ice fish there.
