Okay, it can be February second now.
There are things I would like for you to know.
Someday.
Thing-a-day is a yearly creative sprint where, every year in February, participants commit to creating one new thing a day and post it on a collective blog. 2010 was thing-a-day's fourth edition and the first to run on Posterous. We're gearing up for 2011 so come back mid-January for more updates!
Dancing made me feel like I didn't have to cry any more.

Ah the joys of comfort food! :)
This is what I'm making for dinner tonight. For me, there is something inherently fantastic about food you can slurp. Truth is, it is the spaghetti that I like. I don't care what's on it.
What is your favorite comfort food?
**Update**
Here is the resulting dish:
It was Yummmeh!
So I'm not completely happy with this one. The idea going into it was actually my longing for the season where all I need to go outside is a pair of flipflops (assuming, ahem, that I'm already dressed.)
Anyway, here's my effort for today. The proportions are a bit off... ah well..
aloe; begonia; cactus; dragon tree; elephant ear; ficus
garenida; harefoot fern; ivory pineapple; joseph's coat; kenetia palm
lelia; money tree; norfolk pine; oil cloth flower; papyrus
rubber plant; swiss cheese plant; tolmeia; urn plant; wandering jew
